There’s no better location for a Hot Springs, AR getaway than this recently remodeled, 1900 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, sitting on 6 secluded acres, just a short drive away from top area attractions! The mountain views are breathtaking. It's not unusual to see deer from the kitchen or master bedroom windows. Enjoy the fire pit area and outdoor seating.
Sleeps 8 comfortably.
House is cleaned and maintained by owners.

Propane Grill on the back patio with grilling utensils.
TVs are installed in the living area, master bedroom and rec room. There is no basic cable so be sure to bring your user name and passwords for all of your favorite streaming services and apps. WIFI is included.
A small amount of firewood is provided for the fire pit.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in each bathroom.

Summary: Perfect place to get away from the rush of life. The house was awesome and had everything you needed to enjoy a getaway. Only ever 20 minutes from anything being on top of a mountain was prefect.

Summary: This is our 3rd time here and plan to go in 2026. We stay here to go jeepn at Hot Springs OHV Park. When you drive through the gate, the house and view are extraordinary! Then inside the house is even better! Mindy and Jon are awesome hosts! They communicate well and are responsive to questions. We bring our dog and I take her walking through the acreage that's available. If you're looking for a place that's close to HS OHV Park, this is it!! Lots of parking for your trucks/trailers/Jeeps. We brought our son and his friend for the first time, and they were amazed as much as we were the 1st time we went. Thank you Mindy and Jon for the exceptional hospitality , once again! See y'all in 2026!

Summary: This property is stunning. We not only had a great time downtown Hot Springs, but we had a great time just exploring and walking about the property. The home, property, and amenities were as described in the posting. The home was immaculate and very welcoming with snacks (for both human and our fur baby), cold bottled water in the fridge, and fresh home baked cookies! The drive into downtown Hot Springs was about 10-15 minutes. The Gulpha Gorge campground is a quick drive right down the road. You can hop on the Gulpha Gorge Trail and hike into downtown Hot Springs if you are up for it! We traveled with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog. We all had enough space in the home to be comfortable. If you do travel with your pup, consider bringing a dogbed or blanket for them to lay on. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs!

Summary: The girls had a wonderful time at this place. They said it was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Even though the weather was stormy they had a phenomenal time and really enjoyed staying here. Definitely worth the experience!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Everything was just as described, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Summary: This home was perfect for our family of 5 (plus a dog) but could easily have fit 2-3 more people. Mindy was fantastic with all the small details and information, and nothing I say could justify how beautiful the property and home is. The views are spectacular. The outdoor space with a fire pit, bbq, open flat green, tree swings, woodland trails, hammock and all the rest of it just provides everything you need, no matter the mood. We’ll be back!
